Fine slice non-contrast helical CT images were obtained from the tops of the kidneys to the perineum.

Comparison:

Findings:

Both kidneys have a normal appearance with no perinephric fat stranding. The pelvicalyceal systems are normal with no calculi identified.

Both ureters and the bladder are normal.

The solid organs have a normal appearance for a non-contrast study. The bowel is unremarkable.

No free fluid or gas is seen in the abdomen or pelvis. No lymphadenopthy is identified.

The lung bases are clear. No bony abnormality is seen.

Conclusion:

Normal CT KUB
