No fractures or other bony abnormalities are seen in the _____ wrist. The radiocarpal and intercarpal joints have a normal appearance and there is no displacement of the pronator fat pad.

No soft tissue swelling is seen.

Findings:

No fractures are identified in the _____ radius or ulna.

No fractures or other bony abnormalities are seen in the _____ wrist. The radiocarpal and intercarpal joints have a normal appearance and there is no displacement of the pronator fat pad.

No fracture is seen in the _____ elbow. The joint space has a normal appearance and there is no displacement of the anterior or posterior fat pads.

No soft tissue swelling is seen.

PLAIN FILM WRIST - In Cast (Radius & Ulna Fractures)

Clinical information:

Progress fracture.

Findings:

Films are taken through plaster which is obscuring some anatomic detail.  The fractures of the distal ____ radius and ulnar metaphyses are demonstrated in good position.  No evidence of callus formation is seen as yet.  The joint spaces are within normal limits.
